For the organization of your stay, we will put at your disposal all our expertise in order to plan your needs by offering you services:
- reservation of “all-inclusive” stays with ski passes delivered with your keys,
- reservation of parking spaces, our beautiful station being semi-pedestrian, cars have the right to move but not to park outside the car parks.
- concierge at your disposal every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for connecting / booking with all partners of the resort: doctors, shops, restaurants ...
- Connection for reservations : photos session on the slopes, toboggan and snake gliss, discovery of the station in a sled pulled by dogs, snowmobile rides, snowshoe outings, zip lines, driving on ice, babysitters, organization of massages: at home, in wellness area or at physiotherapists, beauty / relaxation treatment in the center… And many others!

You can, at your convenience, order them from our agency so that the arrival in the apartment is as you wish
• Double bed kit: € 18 for two pillowcases + a flat sheet + a double duvet cover (140 X 190cm)
• Single bed kit: € 14 for a pillowcase + a flat sheet + a single duvet cover (90 X 190cm)
• Beds made before arrival and unmade upon departure: € 10 / bed
• Towel kit: € 8 for 1 large towel + 1 small towel
• Maintenance kit: € 8 for 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge, 1 bottle of dishwashing product, 1 sachet of multipurpose product, 6 tablets for dishwasher, 2 garbage bags, 1 sachet of shampoo / shower gel.
• Home kit: € 8 for 1 bathmat + 2 dish towels
• Cot rental: € 20 for the week
• Baby chair rental: 15 € for the week
• Welcome gift composed of regional products: from 20.
Delivery directly to the apartment € 15, free for an order from € 50 purchase.
Scheduled households
The cleaning provided after each client is a complete cleaning and not just a finish.
It understands :
• Dusting,
• The suction of floors and carpets,
• Floor washing (except carpet floors)
• Cleaning of the kitchen area with cleanliness control of household appliances and cleaning if necessary *
• Cleaning of bathrooms / shower rooms
• Checking the dishes (note that the dishes are not checked piece by piece but in their entirety **)
• Toilet cleaning.
* Please note if the oven, for example, requires pickling, it will be billed by the time spent, on a basis of 30 € per hour. Ditto for the descaling of kettles.
** if the cleaning crew were obliged to do the dishes, an additional cleaning fee would be billed for the time spent cleaning them up.
These households are priced according to the scale below *:
• Surface less than 30m²: 55 €
• Area between 30m² and 50m²: € 75
• Beyond 50m² on estimate only.
* For apartments not having this service included in the rental price.
Emergency cleaning
If the previous tenant has not done any housework and it is necessary to find staff and quickly clean the apartment:
• Surface less than 30m²: 95 €
• Surface between 30m² and 50m²: 115 €
• Beyond 50m² on estimate only
For each household, if household waste has been left in the apartment, an additional € 15 will be charged.
Repairs
If you need to come and fix something stupid or if there is a problem in the apartment, we offer you a breakdown service at the price:
• 25 € per intervention will be invoiced for the provision of personnel, equipment with a base of 30 minutes of intervention maximum.
If the intervention were to last more than 30 minutes, invoicing for past time will be applied, at an hourly rate of € 30, with a statement per quarter of an hour.
According to the different types of repairs, if materials must be provided:
• Bulbs E27, E14, GU10, GU9, GU5.3, GU4, neon / fluorescent tubes…
• Screws, bolts, nails,
• Neoprene glue, wood glue,
• Small household appliances,
You will be billed according to their purchase price.
For large appliances, a quote will be provided, no replacement will be made without your written agreement.
Interventions are carried out from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., only vital emergencies (Examples: more water, more electricity, hotplate out of service, WC out of service, main door lock out of service. ) will be processed after this schedule.
For the attention of the owners
Delivery of keys
On Saturday the keys are delivered between 8:30 am and 8 pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, the tenants must contact us to find out the procedure for recovering their keys.
On other days, the keys will be handed over during the agency opening hours.
Prices :
• 25 € for the delivery and recovery of the keys
• 50 € for the delivery, the recovery of the keys and a check of the condition of the apartment.
